Support and Training

Regular support is available to your library Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm PT, with emergency support available 24/7.  The support ticketing system is not monitored outside of regular support hours so if you encounter an emergency (you’re unable to access Evergreen or patrons are unable to authenticate your resources) please make sure staff call for emergency support.

The Support page on the BC Libraries Cooperative website provides a form for requesting support as well as the contact phone number.   When you submit a ticket you will receive an auto-reply with your ticket number.  Co-op Support strives to respond to tickets within 24 hours (exclusive of weekends)

A range of support and training materials are available for our services including documentation, videos, and webinars.  An Evergreen training server is available to all Sitka libraries. We encourage staff to look at our available resources first to see if it answers their question before submitting a ticket.
