Contact Information

Single Branch Libraries

Your name, contact information and address may appear somewhere in the Footer area, and can be updated by you. Also note that if you have a Location Map active in the footer area, that the coordinates are pulled from the Contact Information area.

Update the Contact Information in the site Footer area:

  1. Hover over the Site Manager tab in the left column and click on Contact Information.
  2. Edit this page accordingly.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.

Multi-Branch Library Systems

If there is a Main Branch or Head Office existing in your system, please update the Contact Information as above. Even if this information does not appear in the Footer, the information from that page is used by Google and other browsers to populate their display of your library for contacts and directions.

If this is not the case for your library, and it is not setup with links to individual branches somewhere in the Header area, then please Submit a Ticket to update this information.
