2.1. Contact Information

Single Branch Libraries

Your contact information appears in 2 places: the footer (which appears on every page of your website) and on a Contact Us page (under the About Us section).

To change the contact information in the footer:

  1. Login to the Dashboard administration screen.
  2. Hover over the Site Manager tab in the left column and click on Contact Information.
  3. Edit this page accordingly.
  4. Click the Save Changes button.

To change your contact information on a Page:

  1. Click Edit Page at the top of the screen and update your contact information accordingly.
  2. Click Update to save the page.

Multi-Branch Libraries

  1. Log into the Dashboard administration screen.
  2. Click on the Posts tab in the left column.
  3. Click on the Contacts or Contact Information post.
  4. Edit this page accordingly.
  5. Click the Update button.

To change your contact information on a Page:

  1. Click Edit Page at the top of the screen and update your contact information accordingly.
  2. Click Update to save the page.
