LibPress is primarily a hosting+ service, and while we are here to answer your questions, we can’t provide training on demand. However, do contact us about scheduling training where a fee may apply.

How can you get help?

  1. This LibPress Manual!
  2. Submit a Ticket to the LibPress service queue, and make sure to include as much detail as possible. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take another day or two.
  3. Join the LibPress Group where you will get infrequent but important information about new services, webinars etc.
  4. Sign up for our Webinars! We announce these through the LibPress Group! (Note: members can choose to control the frequency of emails i.e. immediate, daily, or weekly digest.)
